🎋The must-try Michelin Chinese restaurant "Chef's Kitchen" in the Year of the Snake is a collaboration between the internationally renowned Michelin-starred chef Alvin and the hidden chef Fu Ge, and is now open in Times Square, Causeway Bay. Specializing in high-end Cantonese cuisine, the environment is elegant and unique🎍

🍅Fu Ge Sweet and Sour Pork (HK$240): This is a signature stir-fry that is appetizing and tasty. The sweet and sour pork is chewy and thick, and is paired with fresh pineapple for a sour and juicy texture.

🦐Deep-fried shrimp balls (HK$180): Each ball is round and plump, golden and crispy

🥘Squid and Black Pork Patties (HK$180): The meat is tender and juicy, with a rich and refreshing taste.

🍗 Crispy young pigeon (HK$80): The skin is bright red and crispy, and the meat is salty and fragrant

🌰10-year-old tangerine peel red bean paste (HK$40/pp): real ingredients, fragrant and mellow aroma
