The temptation of Wagyu beef in Tsim Sha Tsui

Today, my friends and I dined at a yakiniku restaurant on Cameron Road in Tsim Sha Tsui, specializing in Japanese beef. Their Wagyu beef is incredibly famous, and we were pleasantly surprised! The restaurant boasts a Japanese-style atmosphere and offers private rooms, perfect for gatherings. Every dish of beef was incredibly fresh, with evenly distributed textures and a delicious flavor. I highly recommend it.

First, I ordered the Wagyu Sukiyaki, which was $98 and truly worth the price! Each portion came with two large pieces of Wagyu beef that melted in your mouth. They grilled the beef right in front of you, allowing you to enjoy the show while you savored it. Paired with Japanese rice and a black truffle and egg sauce, the resulting flavorful combination was incredibly rich and delicious.

The ultra-black Wagyu short ribs had a perfect balance of beef and fat, resulting in a vibrant color. The fat melted slowly during grilling, enriching each bite with its aroma. The choice of sauces further enriched the flavors.

The Nori Tsukimi Rice is one of my favorites. The combination of nori and egg creates a delicious texture, bursting with flavor and leaving you feeling incredibly energetic.

The Wagyu beef tri-tip is rich in fat and bursts with aroma when grilled. Although a bit greasy, the meat still retains its flavor.

The Wagyu Hakata scallion roll is very creative, filled with fresh scallions, which blend with the aroma of the Wagyu beef when you bite into it, creating a layered experience.

I also ordered the freshly squeezed mango juice, which tasted like fruit. Highly recommended!

Overall, my favorite dishes were the Wagyu Sukiyaki, the Seaweed Tsukimi Rice, the Wagyu Hakata scallion roll, and the Black Wagyu short ribs. All of them were delicious.

The restaurant is conveniently located near a subway station.

The service was also excellent. The staff were polite and attentive, making you feel right at home.
