【Taikoo】White Curry Company: Must-try signature white curry and crab roe tofu pot

The White Curry Company has attracted a large number of diners since its opening. During weekend lunch time, the crowds are even more surging and one has to wait patiently to be seated.

We ordered the much anticipated White Curry Fish Fillet Rice and White Curry Pork Chop Rice. The fish fillet is incredibly long, longer than the palm of your hand! The fish fillet is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and goes very well with the rich white curry sauce. The pork chop is golden and crispy on the outside, and paired with the sweetness of white curry, it is even more memorable.

We also ordered the signature crab roe and tofu hotpot with rice. The crab roe was sweet and rich, and the tofu was smooth and tender, which was a perfect combination with the white rice; the hamburger patty of the homemade hot spring egg rice was juicy and chewy, and paired with the hot spring egg, it was very satisfying.

In addition to the main course, we also ordered a few snacks, including the crispy white curry crab shell and a bite of fried chicken. The rich crab flavor of the baked crab shell and the chewy fried chicken made our lunch even more perfect.
