~ Baked Lamb Knee in Herb Sauce ($328)🐑
Super large lamb knees 😋, baked until just right, even a fork can be inserted 😝. Served with stewed soft eggplant 🍆, jade melon and other vegetables can relieve the thirst 🙂↕️.

~ Spiced Butter Roast Spring Chicken ($288)🐔
The chicken skin is grilled very handsome🤓, the inside is not cooked too dry🙂↕️, personally like to eat with fried garlic🧄. Indian rice absorbs all the butter🧈 aroma and juices, and is less dry and more tasty😙.

~ Baked Meatballs in BBQ Sauce ($98)🍗
I missed this for a long time after eating this🥹, this time I have to order the meatballs😎. The meatballs are plump and full of juice🤤, served with tomatoes🍅 and cheese🧀, rich and wicked but not too stale.
