🍴 I found out it was Food Count when I entered the restaurant
A humble restaurant in Tsim Sha Tsui. The facade is quite distinctive, looking European and with Southeast Asian characteristics. The waiter was waiting at the door, so I went in to try. I realized it was an American plaza with 7 restaurants.
The plaza covers 2 floors and includes 7 restaurants including Chinese, Western, Thai and Italian, including Southeast Asian, Chinese, Western and Japanese cuisine. After ordering at the cashier, the waiter will deliver the food.
🍴 Grilled Japanese Kurobuta Pork and Braised New Zealand Thinly Sliced Rib-eye Udon
Lunch set (Wednesday special $60)
You can choose 1 of 3 Udon soup bases: Bonito Clear Soup/Kurobuta Pork Bone Soup/Miso Soup
This time I chose pork bone soup, which has a lighter taste and is served with corn kernels and shredded wood ear.
There are a lot of pork and thin-cut steak. The pork is a bit dry, but it tastes good. The steak is juicy, and it tastes good when mixed with hot spring egg and udon.
I like the appetizer in the set meal, the cold lotus root, which is crispy and refreshing, and very appetizing.
There are few people eating in the middle hall of the city, and the store is trying every means to attract customers. On this day, the clerk said that he would treat me to dessert-crispy fried taro balls☺️. The taste is super good, crispy on the outside and fragrant and glutinous on the inside, and the taro filling is not too sweet.
🔸Small summary:
The restaurant environment is really good, with a full sense of space and wide and spacious. There is still room for improvement in taste. Next time, maybe try Southeast Asian dishes to match the scene🤣 I think there will be better results.
