This Japanese restaurant located in Tsim Sha Tsui is often visited by regular customers. The staff has a friendly service attitude and the quality of the food is also good.
Appetizers $20/person
First had an appetizer, refreshing wild vegetables with sour sauce, very appetizing.
Peanut tofu $58
The peanuts are crushed to make tofu, which makes the tofu more fluffy, in addition to bean flavor, more peanut flavor, very special.
Chicken leg skewers $28/skewer
The chicken leg gluten is used to make skewers. It tastes a bit like chicken cartilage, crispy and savory.
Sashimi platter $520
The sashimi platter with the help of the master includes the then-delicate Mikan sturgeon, as well as the deep-sea pond fish, jumbo scallops, oysters and swordfish fillets. Mikan bream is fed with tangerine peel, so it has a faint citrus aroma, and can also be eaten with vinegar or wasabi. The master's knife skills are excellent. He cuts a thin slice until it's crystal clear.
The deep-sea pond fish is served with ginger paste, and is wrapped in seaweed. The taste is rich and rich. The scallops are tender enough, the oysters are fresh, and the swordfish fillet is crispy and full of fish oil flavour.
Salt-grilled A4 Wagyu Beef Sirloin $298
I ordered the Wagyu beef steak when I saw it was on sale. The portion was not much, but the steak was tender, the fat was evenly distributed, the center was slightly pink, and the heat was controlled just right.
Sand chasing fish/corn/maitake tempura $68/$34/$34
Ordered 3 kinds of tempura. The tempura is fried crispy and not greasy, the sand chasing fish is soft and tender, and the corn is sweet enough.
Fresh Crab Meat Crab Paste Fried Rice $108
Finally, I ordered a plate of fried rice, which is full of snow-white crab meat and sweet crab paste spread on top of the fried rice.
