Tsim Sha Tsui's Top Japanese Restaurant

First time trying Kokon Ni in Tsim Sha Tsui 🥢 The decor has a strong Japanese style and the food quality is excellent 👍🏻

Tried their Japanese direct-imported greenhouse pumpkin salad, which was truly surprising 😍 The pumpkin puree was incredibly fresh 🍂 with a smooth texture and just the right sweetness. It was really comforting to eat 😋 The salad was refreshing and perfect as an appetizer.

Had several types of sushi rolls. When the volcano roll was served, it was set on fire, full of ceremony 🌋 Inside were scallops, avocado, crab sticks, cucumber, and more. This combination tasted great. Then I tried their Tokyo Crispy 🍱 which was crispy and fragrant with a rich texture inside made of tuna and crab sticks 😄 Another roll was the Mount Fuji 🗻 topped with crispy flakes. After enjoying the crunch, you get the flavors of eel, crab sticks, avocado, and more—very unique.

Next, the Saitama grilled beef tongue 🥩 was tender with a strong aroma. Every bite was a delight 🌟 Perfect for meat lovers! The black pork neck skewer 🍖 had tender meat, grilled crispy on the outside with juicy fat inside, paired with a sweet special sauce that left me wanting more 😌

Overall, this restaurant’s dishes are truly high quality, with outstanding freshness and flavor 👍 The service was also excellent, and the environment was comfortable 🌈 Great for dining with friends.
