📍Ghost Golden Stick (Tsim Sha Tsui)

Ghost Golden Stick is a Japanese street food ramen shop🇯🇵, its name actually represents Japan's wolf tooth stick weapon, the decoration theme of the restaurant is dark style🖤, very characteristic! If you like spicy food, you must come and challenge it, because they have a death-level spicy soup 😈🌶, but I don't like spicy food, so I leave it to you to challenge!

This bowl chose medium spicy and medium spicy, it is very addictive to eat, 👹 is within my acceptance range. The miso tastes very rich and doesn’t feel too salty. Incremental char siu can be said to be the treasure of their town shop! 🔥Char siu is cooked over slow fire, a lot of portions, fat and lean evenly, fat full of oil flavor, and very thick meat! 🐷The meat is soft enough and well seasoned! The ramen tastes good, crispy and chewy enough, excellent!

I always think that ramen must be served with candied eggs, so I chose this Miyu ramen! 🍳The eggs are not very creamy, but they are very good! This bowl has incremental char siu, which is quite generous! 🍜The soup is also very rich, if you eat spicy, you can try the ghost enhancement next time! 😆 If you can't eat, you can choose no spicy or spicy, the degree of freedom is super high ~
