During the Mid-Autumn Festival or Lunar New Year, the promenade is decorated with lanterns or hosts fireworks displays, creating a lively atmosphere. It is recommended to visit in the evening to avoid weekend crowds and take the Star Ferry round trip from Central or Wan Chai for an even more enchanting night view of the harbor.
