#HongKongHikingOuting

Pineapple Mountain is located in Tuen Mun, Hong Kong, and has become one of the favorite routes for hiking enthusiasts in recent years. It boasts unique landforms, known as the "Hong Kong Grand Canyon," where you can enjoy spectacular canyon views and beautiful sunsets along the way. The entire route is about 5.5 kilometers and takes approximately 3 hours, suitable for intermediate hikers.

Itinerary Suggestions
1. Starting Point: Leung King Station
• Take KMB 505 or 615P to Leung King Station, then walk about 10 minutes to the trailhead.
• Follow the concrete military vehicle road ahead; this section is relatively steep but in good condition.
2. Leung Tin Au Canyon
• This is the most distinctive spot on Pineapple Mountain. The canyon terrain has been shaped by years of weathering, with rocks displaying unique patterns.
• Standing at the edge of the canyon offers a panoramic view of the entire landscape, which is spectacular, but please pay attention to safety.
3. Ha Bai Nai Sunset
• If time permits, continue to Ha Bai Nai to enjoy the sunset, known as the "Hong Kong Sky Mirror."
• The sunset reflects on the mudflats, creating perfect photo opportunities.

Notes
• Transportation: Minibus services to Ha Bai Nai are infrequent; it is recommended to check the schedule in advance.
• Supplies: There are no shops along the route, so please bring enough water and food.
• Safety: Some sections are quite steep; be careful while walking and avoid standing at the edge of the canyon.
