#hkonbudget 🌸 Morning Tea wit

I used to work in Kwun Tong and often went to Gu Jin Er, but now that I work in Tsim Sha Tsui, I haven't eaten there even once. Just as my boyfriend suggested going after work, of course, it was a good idea.
I always have to order the Tornado Salad, full of crab roe and crab sticks, plus crispy chips, crunchy and flavorful with every bite.
The rolls are the signature must-order. The Red Beauty is big, with spicy tuna paste, spicy salmon, crab sticks, and avocado. The thick layer of tuna paste is topped with crab roe and salmon roe, the natural salty freshness is the best seasoning.
The Volcano Roll was ordered by my boyfriend, with scallops, cucumber, avocado, and crab sticks. The crab shreds are really abundant. Although the ingredients seem ordinary, the taste is exceptionally good, and the flame-grilled effect is truly Instagram-worthy! It has a bit of an icy-hot dual sensation.
Kagoshima Black Pork Lychee Roll Skewers are juicy and rich. The salt-grilled chicken wings have thin, fragrant skin.
The assorted tempura is freshly fried, very light, crispy, and deliciously sinful.
The food quality at Gu Jin Er remains the same, the rolls are still high quality, simple yet satisfying!
