Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong Buffet — Amazing Cake for Birthday Parties! 🎂

Celebrating my birthday at the Four Seasons Hotel was such a wonderful surprise! The environment is upscale and comfortable, and the cold dishes are incredibly fresh—no complaints at all! I absolutely love their whelks; once you start eating, you can’t stop! The oysters are explosively fresh. Although each person is limited to 3, every bite is filled with the sweet taste of the ocean. The steak, dim sum, and stewed soup are all excellent, but as a dessert lover, I basically came here just for the sweets, hahaha!

I took photos of every dessert! The apple tart I used to crave has been replaced by a pear almond tart this time. The pear flavor is super strong, refreshing and not too sweet—I devoured two pieces in one go! There was also a jar labeled “Melon Salad with Passion Fruit Orange Tea,” which isn’t really tea but a bowl of tangy and sweet fruit that’s super appetizing.

I mentioned it was my birthday when booking, and they actually gave me a huge raspberry macaron! It was so delicious I want to suggest making it a permanent item in the dessert section of the buffet.
