Big entrance strong Juicy! This time I came to this bistro in Sheung Wan to celebrate my birthday. I chose a set for two. The appetizer was black truffle crab meat toast, green apple with Parma ham salad. The set also had two glasses of red and white wine, and its seafood lobster soup. The next course was Japanese oyster and pumpkin cream sauce pasta. The best dessert was the Hojicha caramel compote. The compote was sweet and smooth. The master painted the plate with great exquisiteness.
