~ Japanese Satsuma Wagyu Buffet ($568)🍖

✨It’s been a long time since I had dinner with mom😗, so this time I splurged and ordered the most expensive Japanese Satsuma Wagyu buffet😝. You can also try the other two sets of Australian🇦🇺 and American🇺🇸 beef, plus various seafood🦞 and side dishes. For the hotpot, we chose the sukiyaki broth🍲, grilling and boiling at the same time🤪.

At the start, a complimentary Satsuma Wagyu platter is served🐄, so you can try all the different cuts and then order your favorites😎. It includes Satsuma Wagyu rib meat, wagyu cubes, shoulder, and more🥩. Just by looking at the color, you can tell how good the meat quality is🤩. Most of us grilled the meat🔥, and the thinly sliced Satsuma Wagyu shoulder was cooked in the sukiyaki broth🍲. It was full of wagyu fat aroma and very tender😋.

You can order via QR code📱. Besides the original flavor, each meat option also comes with choices like sukiyaki sauce, Korean spicy sauce, and other seasonings😗. Besides various meats, there are seafood🦞, skewers, fried appetizers, main dishes🍚, and more. I personally recommend ordering the chicken bubble fish dry snack😋. Outside, there is a self-service area with cooked food🌮, hotpot ingredients🥬, drinks🍹, desserts🍰, and an ice cream freezer. The durian ice cream🍦 and ice cream mochi are also quite good😋.
