About 1 hour and 10 minutes from Shin-Aomori Station and Aomori Airport

A shrine in Aomori Prefecture famous for its red Senbon Torii gates.

If you want to go around it, it takes about 30 minutes.

The main shrine is on a small hill and you have to climb steep stairs.

You can also climb the gravel road without using the stairs, so I think it's wheelchair accessible.

The shrine at the pond is Takayama Ryujingu Shrine, and the Senbon Torii gates start on the left.

You can reach the Senbon Torii gates by climbing and descending the stairs.

You can see the ocean from the shrine grounds at the top of the stairs.

The observation deck is slightly elevated, and you can see the entire Senbon Torii gates from above.

The red Torii gates lined up were very impressive.
