The British Gentleman’s Noble and Elegant Indian Cuisine at Elements, Kowloon

After watching a movie in the afternoon, the Kumamon kids team came to Elements at Kowloon Station for shopping and enjoying an Indian dinner. This restaurant is located on the rooftop terrace of the Elements Performance Plaza, with an indoor dining area upstairs and a bar with outdoor seating downstairs. The wall paintings and decorations feature many military-related elements. The prices are on the higher side, but the food quality is guaranteed.

Masala Garden Salad
A rare Indian salad made with strawberries, tomatoes, and corn kernels, combined into a rich-flavored salad, along with cashew nuts and onions, topped with a mint-scented dressing and cheese crumbles. It feels very refreshing and is a very elegant appetizer.

Tenderloin Skewers with Indian Spices
India actually has beef tenderloin skewers! Marinated with mustard oil, ginger, garlic, and Indian spices, then grilled over charcoal. The meat is tender and juicy, with the unique aroma of Indian spices blending perfectly with the smoky charcoal flavor. An outstanding skewer dish.

Smokey Eggplant Bharta
This is smoked roasted eggplant, a very characteristic Indian curry with Indian spices that lets you taste the natural sweetness of the vegetables. It pairs perfectly with Indian naan bread.

Garlic Coriander Naan
Crisp and well-baked garlic naan, with a rich charcoal-grilled flavor. Dipping it into the eggplant curry sauce adds another layer of taste.

Lamb Biryani
Lamb baked rice, but not just simple baked rice. The chef uses long-grain fragrant rice from Hyderabad, India, which has a texture similar to premium Thai jasmine rice—soft yet infused with unique Indian spices. The lamb enhances the quality, making it an excellent South Indian main dish.

Drinks: Asahi & Tulsi Sour
