Checking in at Cathay Pacific The Wing First Class Lounge! A genuine experience sharing

Airport Lounge This week I flew to Hong Kong and made a special trip to Cathay Pacific The Wing First Class Lounge! I thought I would be amazed, but the experience was a bit underwhelming 😅

As soon as I walked in, the high-ceilinged space was super impressive, and the "Rosewood Set" was full of luxury vibes 🥂 But after looking closer, I actually felt it was not as good as The Pier! The food selection wasn’t very rich; compared to The Pier’s four major gourmet zones, this place felt a bit sparse. The facilities were also not as complete, and the massage area I was looking forward to was completely missing 😭 The only big win was the crowd! So! Few! People! The whole environment was so quiet that I could fully focus on work, and putting on headphones instantly switched me into "focus mode" 💻

Although the service was still thoughtful, as a traveler who loves to eat and relax, I still miss The Pier’s dan dan noodles, Cathay Delight cocktails, and the happy times of lying down for a massage. Next time, I’ll definitely head straight to The Pier! For those who want a quiet place to work, The Wing is a good choice, but if you’re after food + enjoyment, The Pier is the ultimate!
