I arrived right at opening time.
This is a charming bar, where you'll be greeted by a **around 80 years old** grandfatherly owner.
I ordered:
☕️ Triple Coffee
🍨 Sweet & Bitter
The Triple Coffee has a mellow, rich flavor distinct from espresso. It's strong yet easy to drink, which I personally like.
Sweet & Bitter is a dessert for adults, consisting of strong iced coffee poured over vanilla ice cream and topped with whipped cream. It's perfect eaten by scraping it off a little at a time with a spoon, and as the name suggests, it has an exquisite balance of sweet and bitter flavors.
Jazz music plays inside, and the relaxed atmosphere and smoking policy add to the bar's appeal.
The music isn't as loud as rumored, and the owner is energetic, so it's fine as long as you speak a little louder!
The bar's customers are about half tourists, half locals, and half international visitors.
Recommended for those looking for a sophisticated and relaxing coffee shop.
