Fine Dining with a View of Victoria Harbour in Tsim Sha Tsui

This time I tried the tasting menu (3 courses $788/Head) in Tsim Sha Tsui, and enjoying the beautiful Victoria Harbour view while eating made it especially delicious🌊🌆

The starter was full of surprises🥂:
🔹French blue lobster tartare with foie gras crispy chicken skin – flavorful and layered🦞🍗
🔹Japanese king crab egg foam with sea urchin and French cheese crisps – super fresh, the crispy texture was a big plus🦀🧀
🔹Lychee cherry tomato cold soup with Spanish red shrimp🍅🍤 – refreshing and appetizing, with sweet and sour watermelon rind, very unique!

The mains were also fantastic:
🔸Lobster with crispy fish skin and caviar🦞 served with green sake cream sauce – rich and aromatic, very French
🔸Cod fish with ham, melon, and mint sauce – salty, sweet, and fresh, the foam texture was very special🐟🍈✨

Dessert was✨ French mille-feuille with tofu cream cheese wrapped in bean curd skin + osmanthus tea🌸 – a fusion of East and West, smooth and not greasy, a delightful surprise!

💬Summary: Every dish was very creative with rich layers of flavor, the atmosphere was romantic and charming, truly a top-notch Fine Dining experience🥰🍽️
