Kwai Fong Hidden Cafe

This cafe in Kwai Fong Estate is one I’ve visited again, and this time there are new dishes to try😎

1️⃣ Porcini Mushroom Cheese Italian Wontons
The portion is generous, paired with a creamy porcini mushroom sauce, the taste is really rich🧀 The filling of the Italian wontons also has a strong cheesy flavor.

2️⃣ Secret Recipe Soft-Boiled Egg Sandwich
Every time I come to this restaurant, I order this. The soft-boiled egg sandwich looks super beautiful🥪 Besides the soft-boiled egg on top, the thick buttery toast is filled with egg salad, and the taste isn’t too salty. I highly recommend this egg sandwich🥗

3️⃣ Slow-Cooked Hormone-Free Chicken Breast
We also added four slices of chicken breast to the meal to increase protein🐥

4️⃣ Desserts
♦️ Homemade Tiramisu
The plating is very special, served by the staff in a larger container. The tiramisu is very creamy with a strong coffee aroma.
♦️ Sea Salt Ice Cream Honey Toast
This is a very filling dessert, with a layer of sweet baked egg underneath. The honey toast is soaked in egg mixture and baked together🍞 Topped with sea salt ice cream, the salty and sweet flavors complement each other perfectly🥚

The layers of milk and coffee are distinct, sipping slowly lets you taste different changes, quite unique☕️
♦️ Chocolate Coffee
A beautifully presented mocha, perfect for summer drinking🍫

I think it’s still great this time. The food is perfect for photos, and the environment has a hipster vibe. If you want to eat at a cafe around here, this is a good choice😌
