【Tai O Heritage Hotel】Retro Glass House Restaurant, Enjoy a Tai O Style Dinner!

Next to the main building of Tai O Heritage Hotel on the first floor, there is a distinctive glass house, which is the hotel's restaurant, Tai O Lookout. It offers dishes made with local Tai O specialties.

The first time stepping into the glass house, the entire wooden structure, combined with ceiling fans and piano music, creates a very quiet and gentle atmosphere. I directly ordered the salted fish and pork patty rice as the main dinner dish. The rice includes a bit of locally produced shrimp paste, which pairs perfectly with the pork patty!

I also tried the golden salted egg fried squid rings and the purple clam seaweed cheesecake: this slightly sour flavor is just right to end a Tai O style dinner!
