Hong Kong Zakun Community Homemade Pistachio Pesto Chicken Pasta

After many trials, she finally chose the thin flat pasta produced by our sister factory, Cania, as one of the restaurant’s ingredients.

Using the same pasta, Chef Ray Yick cooks it into four different flavors. The new winter dish, "#Homemade Pistachio Pesto Chicken Pasta," is one of them. The hand-made pesto is paired with 24-month aged Parmesan cheese freshly grated, making the basil sauce more fragrant and creamy. The signature dish, "#Squid Ink Flat Pasta with Crab Roe," is also made with Cania thin flat pasta. Ray Yick says the "black" in this dish represents the theme color of Contrast. Our factory’s pasta is honored to be Ray Yick’s favorite, and there’s always a reason: "The sister factory of Kowloon Flour Mill offers a wide selection of pasta, and even after cooking and sitting for a while, the texture doesn’t change."
