Coris Hotel The Place launches a brand new themed buffet dinner "Tibetan Sea Flavor," introducing yak and Tibetan sheep from the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, creating a series of creative dishes for diners!
Yak is a rare cattle breed from the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, and this is the first time to taste it. The flavor is very unique, with a crispy outer layer and tender meat; Tibetan sheep also come from the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, with fresh and tender lamb chops without any gamey taste, definitely worth trying! The themed dishes also include Qinghai organic quinoa beef soup, which has a delicate and smooth texture, with fresh and delicious beef flavor!
🦀 Chilled Seafood Section
A must-eat highlight area! Tonight you can enjoy Hokkaido hairy crab, Russian cod crab legs, lobster, freshly shucked oysters, shrimp, and mussels. My personal favorites are the hairy crab and crab legs, full of freshness, and all are refilled very quickly.
🍣 Sashimi and Sushi Section
There are six types of sashimi and various special sushi and rolls that evening. The sashimi includes salmon, yellowtail, octopus, tuna, sweet shrimp, and scallops, offering quite a variety.
🥘 Chinese and Western Hot Dishes
A variety of specialty dishes ~ Teppanyaki pan-seared foie gras, typhoon shelter-style local crab, salt and pepper squid, steamed halibut, broccoli stir-fried with coral clams, steamed abalone with citrus peel, garlic vermicelli steamed scallops, and more. There is a wide selection. That evening also featured two types of handmade exquisite dim sum: tomato seafood dumplings and pear salted water dumplings, with very delicate and cute appearances—I couldn’t resist having two pieces.
🍰 Dessert and Ice Cream Section
A large MÖVENPICK® ice cream cart, where you can enjoy ice cream sandwiches! The dessert area is very eye-catching, with many exquisitely presented cakes, including pandan D24 durian chiffon cake!!! A durian lover’s favorite!! Also available are strawberry almond tart, passion fruit banana milk chocolate crunch cake, coconut pineapple mousse cake, hazelnut chocolate mousse cup, kumquat guava pudding, and more. Almost every piece looks tempting!! Remember to save room for dessert!
