Specialty Yakitori Restaurant

Today I wandered around Central and went to a restaurant in the evening that serves yakitori skewers and has a bar.

The restaurant has a spacious environment with lockers for storing personal belongings, making it comfortable and relaxing to sit.

🔸Appetizers
The fruit and white corn are sweet, refreshing, and juicy; "mao qing" refers to daikon radish, which has no bitterness and can be eaten with sesame fish sauce.

🔸Smoked Chicken Avocado Salad
The texture of the smoked chicken is like eating sashimi, paired with a sour dressing that is appetizing. The avocado tastes fresh, the salad greens are fresh, and the addition of shiso leaves makes the flavor more special.

🔸Edamame
The edamame is lightly grilled on the surface, crispy, with butter and salt flavor.

🔸Grilled White Eel
The white eel is thick, with a crispy charred skin and elastic meat.

🔸Pork Ribs
The meat is chewy, and the sauce is slightly salty and rich.

🔸Grilled Beef Tongue
The core of the beef tongue is tender and bouncy, juicy, with a shiso leaf underneath to reduce greasiness.

🔸Tofu
The outside is grilled dry, but the inside is dense and creamy with a strong bean flavor, and the bonito flavor is also very fragrant.

I chose several skewers made from different parts of the chicken.

🔸Green Onion Chicken Thigh
The chicken thigh meat is tender and smooth, and the green onion is crisp and sweet without spiciness.

🔸Chicken Cartilage
The cartilage is crunchy and hard, with a salty and savory taste.

🔸Chicken Thigh
The meat is tender, juicy, and flavorful.

🔸Chicken Neck Meat
This is quite rare; the chicken neck meat is tender, with some tendons that add chewiness.

🔸Soy Sauce Grilled Rice Ball
The rice ball is grilled to a crispy exterior with a strong soy sauce flavor.

🔸Chicken Soup Udon
The chicken soup is rich in flavor, the udon is thin, smooth, and absorbs the broth well.

🔸Caramel Daifuku
The custard inside the daifuku is not too sweet, with a fragrant caramel flavor.
