Passing by Friendship Market while having a meal in Tsim Sha Tsui East, I discovered they have opened a branch at the Tsim Sha Tsui East MTR station. It is a new sub-brand under fresh fresh, specializing in bread, glutinous rice balls, egg rolls, pastries, tarts, mochi, and more. There are so many varieties, I want to try them all 🤭.

I bought four flavors: pistachio, blueberry, Earl Grey, and extra rich chocolate. It has a fragrant egg aroma. The innovative combination of mochi and pudding is amazing. The pudding is very smooth, with chewy mochi and rich sauce inside, making the texture more complex. My favorite 💕 is the extra rich chocolate with its deep chocolate flavor and subtle Earl Grey aroma. The texture is top-notch.

✨ Glutinous Rice Balls ✨ $12/pcs $40/4 pcs Recommended
There are many flavors. I bought the newly launched pistachio/hawaiian nut crispy glutinous rice balls. The glutinous rice balls are super soft, tender, and chewy, with thin skin and lots of filling. The pistachio flavor is full of nutty aroma, truly irresistible. The hawaiian nut crispy one has lots of nuts and added crispiness, making the layers richer. Very satisfying after eating!

✨ Blueberry Mochi Balls ✨ $28 Recommended
The mochi balls are super soft and chewy, filled with blueberry 🫐 sauce and mochi bits inside. Absolutely delicious 😋.
