Authentic Korean Jajangmyeon in Tsim Sha Tsui

Usually a big fan of Korean food, this time I tried Nampojajang on Kimberley Street in Tsim Sha Tsui, specializing in authentic Korean-Chinese cuisine. The restaurant is small but clean and tidy, with a simple decor that has a Korean feel. The location is super convenient—perfect for an early dinner after shopping.
🍜 Jajangmyeon
The black bean sauce is super rich and thick, and the noodles are perfectly chewy and springy. After mixing well, every strand is coated with sauce. The meat and onions are cooked until soft and tender, with a balanced sweet and salty flavor that tastes authentic!
🍜 Seafood Stir-fried Noodles
The broth is fresh and slightly spicy, and the noodles soak up all the seafood essence. The seafood includes crab, mussels, shrimp, and clams, all very fresh. The best part is the warm soup that stimulates the appetite with just the right amount of spiciness~
🍖 Sweet and Sour Pork
The outer layer is fried to a golden crisp, making a "crack" sound when bitten! The meat is tender and not dry. The sweet and sour sauce is appetizing without being too greasy. You must eat it hot to enjoy the crispiness!
🥟 Traditional Pan-fried Dumplings
The dumpling skin is pan-fried to a slightly charred crisp, and the filling is juicy and full. The ratio of vegetables to meat is just right. Dipping them in sauce makes them even more delicious.
🍹 Green Grape Soda & White Peach Soda
The green grape flavor is fresh and refreshing, while the white peach flavor is sweet and genuine, perfect for cutting through greasiness!
