High-Quality Authentic Thai Food in Tsim Sha Tsui

As soon as summer arrives, I crave Southeast Asian cuisine, so I came to this Thai restaurant in Tsim Sha Tsui. The menu features all authentic Thai dishes, each full of tropical Southeast Asian flavor.

🍜 Thai Boat Noodles with Wagyu Beef and Rice Noodles
The broth of the Thai boat noodles is very rich, with a subtle hint of spices. The wagyu beef is tender, the beef balls are bouncy, and the rice noodles soak up the rich broth flavor while still maintaining a good texture without becoming mushy.

🐖 Thai Crispy Roasted Pork Stir-Fried with Rice Noodles
The roasted pork is cooked until the skin is crispy and the meat is tender, with a savory and salty taste. The rice noodles are stir-fried dry and not greasy, with a strong wok hei flavor! Topped with crushed peanuts, chopped chili, lime juice, and bean sprouts, it adds even more authentic Thai flavor.

🍤 Thai Mixed Seafood Pancake
Golden and eye-catching on the outside, filled with plenty of fresh seafood like squid, shrimp, and oysters, bursting with seafood flavor. Dipping it in the sweet, sour, and spicy sauce makes it even more appetizing and flavorful.

🥬 Thai Stir-Fried Morning Glory
We also ordered a plate of stir-fried morning glory. The garlic aroma and chili spiciness blend perfectly, making it flavorful without being too salty. The morning glory is crisp and refreshing.

🍹 Longan Ice
Longan ice is sweet and refreshing, cooling you down completely—perfect for summer.

🧋 Thai Milk Tea
The Thai tea base has a strong tea aroma with a unique spice flavor. The milk tea is a bit sweet but perfectly balanced with the milk.

🥭 Mango Sticky Rice
Of course, we couldn’t miss dessert. The mango is sweet and juicy, the sticky rice is soft and chewy, combined with rich coconut milk, making the texture and sweetness just right.
