If you are just preparing to visit Hong Kong recently, or you are a Hong Kong resident who misses Korean food and is looking for innovative food landmarks, you might as well consider stopping by Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong - a recently opened Korean buffet called Chef Zone is definitely worth adding to your itinerary! The location is very convenient, located on the 3rd floor of Canafon Plaza (about 5 minutes walk from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station), the shop environment is clean, spacious seats, very suitable for gathering with friends, shopping street to eat back very satisfied! (Tip: Remember to reserve a seat on the platform in advance during crowded times.)
The biggest highlight of this time is the Korean seafood and specialty cold plates, including super fresh sauce crab and sauce shrimp. The buffet area has a variety of choices, including classic Korean fried chicken, ginseng chicken soup, and DIY bibimbap and Korean snacks. The most surprising thing is that there is also a plate of hot fried crab, fried until crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, sprinkled with a layer of parsley on the surface, looks super attractive, crispy and tasty enough, perfect for you who like new flavors! (Comfortably distributed seating in the physical restaurant, you can slowly chill and try every delicacy)

After daytime fun in Hong Kong, if you want to have a new food experience, you might as well stop by Tsim Sha Tsui for a Korean buffet, replenish your power and continue shopping ~ Tsim Sha Tsui is lined with shopping malls and boutique shops, you can buy souvenirs or leather goods, cosmetics.
Practical itinerary tips:
1. The restaurant has a limited time to eat, generally divided into noon and dinner, it is recommended to book in advance to avoid waiting on site.
2. If multiple people traveling must book in advance
3. Take the Cameron Road exit from Tsim Sha Tsui Station and go straight. Turn left at Canal Road to arrive at Canal Plaza.
4. Some specialty cold plates such as sauce crab require early arrival to have more options, early first round seating is recommended.
5. The restaurant focuses on fresh on-site preparation, with sushi, salad and Korean barbecue served on site.
6. Definitely a personal feeling Personally, I think the sauce crab sauce is salty, fortunately there are more than a dozen flower teas from Korea to quench your thirst.
Chef Zone is probably run by a Korean, only one or two staff members can be seen slightly in Cantonese, the rest are all in Korean and English. And many Koreans visit!
