This is the third year I've celebrated my birthday at Bluhouse in the Rosewood Tsim Sha Tsui because everyone loves it.
The elegant, classic decor, paired with the ceiling fan, is very romantic.
The restaurant features several display cabinets for delicious food, but the most eye-catching one is the one filled with traditional Italian desserts. You can choose from a set of 4 or 8; the 8-piece set is definitely the best value.
