The rice is the soul of the dish—each grain is dry and distinct, perfectly absorbing the rich, aromatic oils of the cured meats. The rice is generously topped with glossy Chinese sausages and flavorful cured meats of excellent quality, offering a balanced sweet and savory taste with a hint of wine aroma. The highlight of claypot rice is the crispy rice crust at the bottom, which is golden, fragrant, and delightfully crunchy. Drizzle the house-made sweet soy sauce over it while it's hot, and mix it all together to let the soy sauce, cured meat oils, steaming rice, and crispy rice crust blend harmoniously.
