Nanjing Underwater World, located near Plum Blossom Hill at Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum, is a large-scale marine life exhibition project that combines science education, viewing, and entertainment. It houses nearly 200 species and over 10,000 marine creatures. The Underwater World is divided into two sections: the Aquarium and the Dolphinarium.

The aquarium has an above-ground display area mainly composed of 6 display pavilions and corridors. Each pavilion is equipped with a modern aquarium display cabinet. People can appreciate the various fish, huge sea turtles and ferocious crocodiles while walking.

The underground exhibition area is a truly spectacular part of Nanjing Undersea World. Crafted from acrylic glass, the 180-degree arched tunnel is surrounded by water on three sides, allowing for uninterrupted viewing. This eliminates physical visual barriers, changing the traditional practice of viewing marine life through glass display cases. Inside this "undersea tunnel," vibrant coral reefs, seaweed, and a diverse array of fish swim before your very eyes.

With nearly 1,000 seats, the Dolphinarium is East China's largest and most advanced marine theater. The graceful and intelligent dolphins and adorable sea lions will present a lively, humorous, and spectacular marine animal show.
