The park, formerly known as Hoi Pa Village in Tsuen Wan, had its old houses declared a monument in 1986. Located near Yan Chai Hospital in Tsuen Wan, the park features Chinese-style gardens and landscapes, including a man-made landscaped lake, bridges, pavilions, pine and cypress trees, and ink paintings. The Yi Zhang Chen Gong Ancestral Hall and the old Hoi Pa Village houses within the park were also designated Grade 3 historic buildings in 2010.
