Sai Kung WM Cafe Dinner Buffet: A Japanese Seafood Feast

Located on the LG floor of WM Hotel Sai Kung, WM Café creates a resort-like atmosphere with its orange wood accents and floor-to-ceiling windows, while its pet-friendly environment adds to the warmth. From July to the end of September 2025, the restaurant will offer a "Japanese Cuisine Feast Dinner Buffet" (6:30 PM - 9:30 PM), showcasing a feast of Japanese cuisine and seafood. Freshly shucked oysters, French brown crab, Canadian snow crab legs, and a sashimi platter are bursting with flavor, with Argentinian red shrimp and scallop sashimi added on weekends. Japanese highlights include A4 Wagyu Beef Sukiyaki Inaniwa Udon, Saikyo-grilled Flounder Fillet, and freshly made tempura, offering a rich and flavorful experience. The dessert section offers a satisfying selection of matcha tokachi red bean rolls, brown sugar warabi mochi, and Häagen-Dazs ice cream.
