Worth trying Chinese cuisine

Today, I visited a Chinese restaurant and tried several classic dishes. Overall, it was quite a pleasant surprise.

First, the handmade fresh pork soup dumplings had thin skin and flavorful filling. With one bite, the soup burst out! The pork filling was perfectly seasoned.

The Shanghai-style stir-fried noodles came in a generous portion and weren’t overly greasy. The ingredients were quite rich, including shredded meat, cabbage, mushrooms, and more, making it very appetizing.

The sweet and sour pork with fresh pineapple was particularly surprising. The pork was crispy on the outside and tender inside, paired with a tangy and sweet sauce that was very appetizing. The salted pork with Chinese cabbage was cooked until tender, infused with the savory aroma of salted pork.

Finally, we ordered the Shanghai-style salted rice cakes, which came in a portion of two pieces. They were full of flavor. The bill came to around HK$200 per person, and the food quality was quite good.
