This time, I visited Chef’s Stage Kitchen, a Western restaurant with several branches near Tseung Kwan O MTR Station! We ordered a $698 dinner for two. The lobster steak was incredibly filling, and every dish from the appetizer onwards was a surprise. 🎀 Charcoal-grilled Australian ribeye steak with lobster tail 🥩🦞 Charcoal grilling is truly a premium steak cooking method, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with a world-class charcoal flavor! The lobster was incredibly refreshing, and the vanilla flavor complemented it perfectly. Every vegetable on the plate was delicious, especially the king oyster mushrooms. Even the fries were tasty! How did they do that? 🤤
🎀 Clam Linguine - The clams were large and flavorful. The linguine used thinner than usual was very juicy and spicy, and it was delicious! 🍝
🎀 Beef Tartar - This is a must-order appetizer, it's so appetizing! 🤤 The garlic buns are super crispy and I can't get enough! 🤣
🎀 Tomato Beef Soup + Vegetable Salad - The beef broth was rich and rich. ✨ The fruit in the salad was also fresh and delicious, especially the pineapple! 🍍
🎀 Tiramisu - A large dessert with a strong alcohol and coffee flavor! 🤤
