Ping Che Lovely Mural Village

Ping Che Mural Village is located in Ping Yeung New Village. When the government was developing the New Territories North, the villagers, unwilling to be demolished, relocated, or killed, painted pictures on their homes in order to attract outside attention. They even painted cute dolls and characters on the ground. In fact, the village is not very big, and we finished the walk very quickly. There is a convenience store at the entrance of the village, where you can buy some drinks to cool off in the hot summer.


Transportation: Take the 52K green minibus from Fanling MTR Station and get off at Kau Kee Store. Walk past Kau Kee Store and you will see Cheuk Wing Kee Store at the entrance of the village in a few minutes. Enter from the left side of the store and you will reach the Mural Village.
