Niushan, known for its high-quality ingredients and a variety of Taiwanese hot pot options, is a popular spot. The spacious and comfortable restaurant offers comfortable seating 🥰, perfect for gatherings with friends or family. They offer a wide selection of 120-minute all-you-can-eat sets, along with many limited-time surprises 😍

✨Soup Base

I ordered Mrs. Niu's secret spicy hot pot 🌶️. The flavor was spicy and rich without being overpowering, and the numbing aroma was overwhelming. The broth was infused with various Chinese herbs, including Sichuan peppercorns, star anise, and cinnamon 🍲, creating a subtle herbal flavor that was both warming and nourishing.

✨Japanese Kuroge Wagyu A4+ Set Meal

I chose the Japanese Kuroge Wagyu A4+ set meal. The beef was evenly marinated and bright red, and each slice was perfectly thin. After just a few seconds of braising, the beef flavor was unleashed. 🤤 The meat was tender and sweet. The set also came with a delicious seafood platter and two Australian M9 Wagyu meatballs. 🐚 The meatballs were juicy. Chewy and delicious.

✨Seafood Platter
The complimentary seafood platter includes abalone, shrimp, clams, razor clams, and more. Everything is incredibly fresh. I especially recommend the abalone, which is sweet and chewy. There's also the three-way abalone recipe: 😍 Traditional Drunken Abalone, 🧂 Charcoal-grilled Salt and Scallion Abalone, and Pomelo-grilled Abalone. Each one is unique, with tender, smooth flesh and a nice chewy texture.

✨Hot Pot Ingredients
The hot pot ingredients are diverse, with seafood options like shrimp, scallops, and clams, all fresh and cleanly prepared. The fresh fish maw is delicate and nourishing. 🦑 The handmade meatballs, like the black truffle cuttlefish balls and the handmade beef balls, are both chewy and delicious. The fried fish skin is crispy and delicious. For vegetables, I recommend the lettuce and kohlrabi, which are crispy, sweet, and perfect for a greasy snack. 🥬

✨Snacks
Three new Maybelline snacks have been added. 💄 The spicy chicken feet offer a rich, spicy flavor with a slightly gelatinous texture. The spicy and sour potatoes are refreshing and flavorful. 🥔 The BB spicy chicken cartilage is crispy and chewy, each with its own unique twist.

✨Drinks
The drinks counter offers a variety of canned and paper-packed drinks. 🥤 We also have Gwaii Herbal Tea, featuring beer malt flavors with the sweetness of sugarcane juice. 😆 It's a refreshing thirst-quencher. We also have several sugar-free, healthy, and refreshing cold brew teas. 🍵

✨Desserts
The ice cream counter has a variety of ice cream flavors. 😍 We also have the January launch of KitKat crispy ice cream pie. 🍫 A bowl of rich grass jelly is incredibly satisfying.
