Buffet Newcomer @ Food Studio

A new player has entered the buffet scene! The brand-new buffet restaurant, Food Studio, at the Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong officially opens its doors on September 16. The restaurant's design incorporates classic elements of the Star Ferry and trams, creating a warm and nostalgic atmosphere. It's truly delightful to be among the first to savor the rich array of dishes offered at their dinner buffet.

Highlights of the buffet include luxurious sea urchin and caviar seaweed tacos, chilled seafood, fresh sashimi, freshly steamed lobsters, lobster laksa, whole roasted suckling pig, roasted lamb leg, a variety of hot dishes, sea urchin risotto, and an impressive dessert section that will satisfy all your cravings in one go.

Buffet pricing starts at $528 for weekday lunch and $848 for weekday dinner.

Here's a heads-up: From now until September 14, you can enjoy a 30% discount by booking the buffet through the hotel's E-shop.

Missed it? No worries! From September 16 to November 27, there will still be a 25% opening discount available.
