It's better to hear than to see, and finally I got to try Tokachi Milky, a street food from Tokachi, Hokkaido, Japan
After settling in Central at the end of last year, it is now located at K11 Musea; since it is close, why not have a small refreshment before dinner!
Original puffs. The puff size is normal, like it is a hard and crispy pineapple skin, eat the puff shell a grain of cookie crisps so that the puff will not be soft, a lot of mouthfeel. The filling inside is smooth, milky and vanilla seed flavor. Once you bite into it, the filling will come out.
The ice cream is made from Hokkaido Tokachi milk, which is rich and not too greasy.
The milk and ice taste goes well together, indeed there is some difference from ordinary milk ice cream, which makes people endlessly memorable.
