Delicious Salt and Pepper South African Abalone

The food at "Hong Crystal Court" is truly top-notch 💯, so I went back for more 😬.

Salt and Pepper South African Six-Head Abalone (4 pieces) 🐚: The abalone was fried to a crispy perfection 😆. Although the salt and pepper flavor wasn't very pronounced 🥺, the fried garlic added a fragrant and spicy kick 🧄🌶️. The abalone was fresh and bouncy 😗, allowing you to savor its natural taste ☺️.

Steamed Live Spotted Grouper 🐟: The fish was steamed just right 🔥, resulting in incredibly tender and smooth meat 🤤. You could taste the moisture in the fish 💧, and the addition of soy sauce and scallions 😍 elevated the dish significantly 💯.

Whole Salted Egg Yolk Peach Buns (2 pieces) 🍑: Once you tear it open, you'll see the rich filling of salted egg yolk and lotus seed paste bursting out 😱🥚. Absolutely packed with flavor 👍🏻.

Green Bean Soup 🥣: Sweet and fragrant green beans 💚 with a hint of seaweed 🌱.
