Tsim Sha Tsui Hotpot Buffet Food Hub

As soon as the weather turns cold, it's time for some hotpot fun! 🤣 We visited "Beef Station (駅) Spicy Hotpot Buffet" and tried the No. 2 SRF American Wagyu Set for 2 people. 😬

For the dual-flavor hotpot 🍲, we chose the Lobster Head Broth and the Beef Station's Signature Spicy Broth 🌶️. The lobster broth was rich yet not overly heavy, with a strong and fresh lobster flavor ☺️. The spicy broth had the perfect balance of numbing, aromatic, and spicy flavors. 👍🏻

Meats 🥩: The beef chuck and SRF Wagyu were tender, juicy, and flavorful. 😍 The beef had a rich taste. 😋

Seafood 🌊: The prawns were large and bouncy 😗, and the clams were fresh and sweet. 🤤

Hotpot ingredients 🥢: Highlights included shrimp-stuffed bamboo fungus 🍤 and chive pork dumplings 🥟.

Snacks and fried items 🍤: The pan-fried glutinous rice cakes were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside 😆, with a sweet and gooey brown sugar filling. 😛

Self-service bar 🍽️: Features mushrooms 🍄🟫, eggs 🥚, and a variety of vegetables 🥔🍅🎃🌽🥬.

Desserts 🍮: Options included mango sago 🥭, taro balls with grass jelly, mochi, puddings, and cakes 🍰.

Drinks 🥤: A selection of sodas, teas 🍵, soy milk 🍼, and fruit juices 🍇🧃.
