I thoroughly enjoyed my stay， especially appreciating the surprise onsen room upgrade as a Diamond member. It transformed the trip into an unexpected but delightful onsen retreat. Kudos to Victoria at check-in for her warm， seamless welcome， which set the tone for the stay. Her attentiveness and professionalism made me feel truly valued from the start. The highlight was dinner—Tenjin Shift Leader Ryusei Yamamoto's wine pairing suggestions with the seafood and cheese courses were perfect， making the meal memorable. This dining experience was undoubtedly the trip's standout. I also loved the thermal onsen pool—tranquil， well-kept， and one of the hotel's best features， offering a peaceful escape. My only small issue was with the air conditioning in the restaurant and teahouse—it could have been stronger in the summer heat. Despite this， I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would gladly return. Highly recommended for those seeking a relaxing getaway with excellent service and remarkable dining.
