Hong Kong Day 4

#September2025

I headed straight to the London Restaurant early in the morning. The moment I opened the door, I was greeted by a bustling bustle of dim sum carts. Steaming baskets of shrimp dumplings, siu mai, and rice noodle rolls, paired with the aroma of tea, instantly evoked the vibrant atmosphere of Hong Kong's yum cha culture.

After my meal, I wandered down Causeway Bay, first browsing Hysan Place. The atmosphere was more relaxed than in a large shopping mall, allowing me to browse the brands. Then, I turned onto Pak Sha Road. The small alleys had a more relaxed feel, offering a more local feel than in a shopping mall.

At noon, I arrived at Dayi Roast Goose. The roast goose skin was perfectly crispy, and the gravy was perfectly locked in. One bite and I instantly understood the meaning of "unforgettable."

In the afternoon, I decided to indulge in something sweet and queued up for a Bakehouse egg tart. The pastry crumbled at the touch, and the filling was rich and tender. It was completely worth the wait. Then, I stopped by Hashtag B for a drink. The simple, refreshing atmosphere provided a welcome respite. While passing by a stall, I also bought a Low-Key Master Egg Waffle. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, the warm aroma was irresistible.

Later, I tried my luck at Imperial Garden Bakery, but their signature egg rolls were already sold out, so I had to say goodbye.

In the evening, we moved to Times Square. The bustling crowds and glittering lights epitomized Hong Kong's bustling life. Finally, we reached Victoria Harbour. The sea breeze blew, and the lights of the distant skyscrapers lit up one by one, reflected on the water. The entire city's romance and bustle were fully captured.
