The newly opened "Juxing Ju" has attracted many celebrities to visit. The restaurant focuses on fine Cantonese cuisine, with floor-to-ceiling glass showing open views of Victoria Harbor on the high floor. Some of the signature dishes require reservations, and during this temporary visit, we chose a few popular dishes recommended by the waiter.

โ–ช๏ธPineapple Black Vinegar Pine Plate ($148)
The pine slab meat is taken from the sides of the pork neck and is considered a relatively expensive pork part. This time, the pork meat is evenly distributed in fat, soft and tender, and covered with sweet and slightly sour black vinegar sauce, which balances the fat feeling of the pork. Pineapple also has a detoxifying effect. Both are sweet and sour and appetizing.

The mussels and snails are filled with pepper juice, slightly spicy and seasoned. The snails are crisp and shelled.

The prawns were plump and tender, and the black pepper sauce was savory but not spicy. The restaurant has carefully processed the shrimp body to cut for easy enjoyment.

The beef cheek is plentiful and rich in meat flavour. However, the heat was slightly overcooked, and the bite was rather tough.

The soup is made with soy milk, and ginkgo, lily and goji berries are added. The soup is sweet and healthy, and the vegetable seedlings are tender and nourishing.

The fried rice has distinct grains and is not greasy. The savory flavor of wagyu beef is prominent. Adding crispy rice enhances the chewing level.
