Delicious Soup Seafood Chicken Trio

I have been wanting to try the bucket roll for a long time, but every time I want to walk in to eat there is no place. Rarely know to leave early, a week earlier to call in advance to book, finally eat.

This place focuses on drinking soup first, then having hot pot. We sat down and ordered the signature dish here, the Yangsheng Black Chicken Stew. The chicken pot is full of ingredients and tasty enough. The chicken pot can be added unlimitedly, but we can't wait to eat the seafood.

Next on the table was steamed seafood with bacon, crayfish, scallops, prawns, mussels, lobster slices and Tsukiji udon. Simple garlic and shallots. Put it in lotus leaves to steam, it is particularly fragrant, the seafood is very clear and sweet.

There is a big pot of black chicken soup. Most of the black chicken is boiled very soft. There are also lean meat, insect fungus flowers and other ingredients. The soup is sweet and not greasy, and is very good to drink.

The self-service area is full of choices, and they are neatly arranged, which is pleasing to the eye. Must-try items include handmade squid rolls, shrimp rolls, eel slices, crispy catfish, refreshing belly, pork neck, pork rinds, etc., as well as various meatballs and vegetables. Goose intestines and fried fish skin are my favorites! There are really many choices of hot pot ingredients, and small portions, you can try everything, perfect for people who care.

In addition, as long as the whole table leaves a message on Facebook or IG, you can eat hand-cut beef neck ridge and black pork. The quality of the beef neck ridge is very good. I see two or three plates placed on each table.

Spicy chicken pot, fresh steamed seafood and old-fashioned beautiful soup these three perfect combination, is no more than three hundred, the price is cute and approachable, no wonder often full booking!
