There is a small family-style

There is a small family-style shop in Tai Po. The shop is small, but every dish is really amazing! It's called "Chicken House", of course you have to try their signature grilled chicken! The grilled chicken is hot from the oven. The skin is crispy and the meat is tender. Even the chicken breast is not dry. It is also juicy and fresh. It is really the number one grilled chicken I have ever eaten! If you come alone, it is recommended not to cut, directly hand-tear, the meat juice burst out, super satisfying!

Except for the grilled chicken, the other small stir-fries were of a good standard. Like "screwed pepper scrambled eggs", screw peppers are a bit like sharp peppers, but not so spicy, with smooth scrambled eggs, spicy and delicious, definitely a rice-given artifact! The first time I tried this combination, I really didn't expect it to be so delicious!
Also, this restaurant allows you to pre-order seafood, tell the owner what you want, fish, crab, holy child, they help you get it all! The seafood cooking method is different from that of Tai Pai Dang, just like home cooking. Like ginger and onion fried crab, they also added egg batter to fry, the sauce is so smooth, the crab flavor is so strong, after eating really endless aftertaste!
