Drinking and enjoying skewers at Blibarla

Recently, work hasn't been going well for me 🙃, so I wanted to have a drink 🍹 after work. That's why I came to Tsim Sha Tsui, a place full of bars.

This place offers a wide variety of skewers and even karaoke 🎤.

The skewers here are quite affordable 🍢, priced at HKD 10 to 15 👌. Among them, the grilled tofu with sauce is really delicious. It's crispy on the outside and flavorful with a bit of sauce 😋.

You can also order grilled zucchini 🥒 and okra, both priced at HKD 10 per skewer. They are grilled to perfection, not dry, and very juicy 💦.

The salt-grilled chicken thigh is also good 🐔. The meat is tender and not dry, though the portion is a bit small 🤏.

My favorite is the grilled chicken wings 🤩. The skin is crispy, seasoned with a bit of salt 🧂, simple yet delicious.

Another must-try skewer is the whole grilled eggplant 🍆. Although the eggplant isn't as tender as it could be, the garlic topping is very flavorful 🧄.

Whole grilled squid is relatively rare at skewer shops 🦑, so I ordered it immediately. It's not overly chewy, and the sweet sauce combined with the charred aroma is delightful 🔥.

I think the best value is the garlic-grilled jumbo oysters 🦪. They are currently on a buy-one-get-one-free offer, meaning you get two for just HKD 58 🥰. They are really big, meaty, and worth every penny. A must-try 💯!

This shop is located in a small alley, so it's less crowded 👯♀️. However, the food quality is great, and they offer a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails 🍸. Tonight, I had an Asahi Sour (lychee) made with fresh fruit, which was sweet and refreshing 👍. You can also sing karaoke here or book a private room. Definitely worth a visit!
