This Hong Kong-style toast is made by sandwiching peanut butter between thick slices of toast, dipping them in egg batter, and slowly frying them. The melted butter and syrup finish it off, making it truly a "dish of immorality"!

As you can see in the first and second photos, milk tea is a staple drink in Hong Kong! The astringency of black tea combined with the richness of evaporated milk creates a uniquely Hong Kong flavor.

A classic Hong Kong street food treat with its cute, round, bubbly shape!
With a unique texture—crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside—it's best when freshly baked. ✨ I had one at Disneyland, but you can find egg waffle shops all over the city!

🍴Egg Tarts (Dan Ta)
Crispy on the outside, melty on the inside. The moment you take a bite, the aroma of butter fills the air, creating a taste of happiness.
In Hong Kong, there are two types: Macau-style and British-style, and we recommend trying them both.

🍴Mango Pudding
A Hong Kong classic! The rich sweetness and refreshing tartness of mango fill your mouth. With a wide variety of flavors, including those topped with ice cream and fruit pulp, this is a sure hit.
