(Recommended) Must-try Affordable Michelin-starred Clay Pot Rice in Hong Kong

My Taiwanese friend said it's a must-try when visiting Hong Kong! I'm putting it on my list right now πŸ’•

Located in Sai Ying Pun, it's only open from 5:30 PM to 10:00 PM and has been Michelin-starred for many years πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹

Recommendations:
White Eel Chicken Rice - The eel and chicken are incredibly tender. I love the combination of soy sauce and rice crust in the clay pot rice.
Pork Bone Clay Pot - I absolutely loved the broth, but I recommend ordering for a group of three or more, as it's a massive pot.

Tips for queuing: No matter how you plan to queue, be sure to arrive before 5:00 PM. The restaurant can only hold 40-45 people at a time. If you arrive and can't secure the first group, it's best to give up. You might have to wait in line for over an hour, and then wait for the clay pot rice for over 40 minutes after you're seated.
