This omakase sashimi is quite good.

This chef's restaurant is amazing! 👍
They give generous portions of sashimi, not just one slice for a fancy meal! This is so important. I went to a place before and couldn't get enough.
The ingredients are fresh, and more importantly, they have a unique way of preparing the sashimi. They don't just serve the same sashimi all the time. The chef will cook one part of the same fish and leave it alone, giving you different textures.
The toro comes in large, medium, and small pieces, the saury is rolled into a flower shape, and the sea urchin is fresh and sweet.

Prepayment: Crisp and slightly sweet Kempei lotus root, vermicelli noodles, and foie gras
🐟7 types of sashimi: Pacific saury, shad, shirako, white salmon, real oysters, scallops, and toro
🍣Sushi: Ark shell, baby red sea bass, salmon roe, red sea urchin, Hyogo sweet shrimp, Spanish mackerel, and alfonsino

Dessert: Uji matcha panna cotta, very smooth 👍
